In response\, we have been active listeners and have provided support in various forms. \nTo help galvanize our voices\, we’ve launched Community Conversations\, a monthly gathering to discuss the impact of current events. Using The 1619 Project as our guide\, we will focus on the themes of each chapter to deepen our understanding of what is happening and how we can better equip ourselves during this challenging time. Where possible\, we will have subject matter experts to lead the discussions\, but we will also rely on each other’s insights.
