DESCRIPTION:TRANS-firming is a Peer-led program that empowers trans folk as leaders\, co-creators\, and as facilitators. \nThis empowerment can strengthen support networks by building fellowship through shared social networking and activities. \nThis peer led group is designed as an Adults Group (27+) and engages transgender\, gender-diverse\, and LGBTQ+ adults while welcoming allies\, creating a safe and inclusive space for self-expression\, identity exploration\, and peer fellowship. \nFor our first event we will be hosted at the Bridgeport Pride Center and we will be providing tea\, biscuits\, cookies\, and conversation.
