SERVED Film Screening
October 19 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
The University of Bridgeport’s Office of Civic Engagement, Honors College, and First Year Seminar invite the campus community and the Greater Bridgeport Community to a screening of SERVED.
The film tells the story of Heart and Hope, two adolescent sisters navigating life after their mother is arrested and prepares to serve a prison sentence. Their experience offers a starting point for conversation about the effects of incarceration on children and families.
