The Office of Housing & Community Development has partnered with Health & Social Services to host Bridgeport Thrives an opportunity for residents to connect with agencies across the city making an impact through CDBG, ESG, and Health Department Initiatives.
From youth programs and housing support to food insecurity resources and family services, these organizations are helping provide access, stability and growth throughout Bridgeport. Join us to learn more about the services available to our community and the agencies working to support residents every day.
